Process Analyst – Daily Rate Contract Sydney Based | Hybrid | 3 Days in office. 12 Month contract with extension | Reputable Australian business End-to-end process analysis and redesign across complex, enterprise environments needed. Our client, a well-known, household Aussie brand, is looking for 2 Process Analysts to analyse, design, and optimise end-to-end business processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and performance. The role partners closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define future-state processes, and support successful change adoption. Key Responsibilities Analyse and document current-state (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) business processes using recognised frameworks such as BPMN and APQC Identify process inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis and root cause analysis. Design and document process maps, workflows, SOPs, and supporting artefacts. Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process designs. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure process designs are practical and aligned to delivery constraints. Support change initiatives by contributing to training, communications, and transition activities. Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and structured manner Key Requirements 3–5 years’ experience in process analysis, business process management, or operational excellence roles Experience working within large, complex organisations. Demonstrated experience across Waterfall and Agile delivery environments. Strong knowledge of process modelling standards and tools (e.g. Visio, Signavio, ARIS, Holocentric) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience within payroll, HR, finance, or similar enterprise domains highly regarded.
