Job Description Lead regional activation of national GTM sprints, ensuring execution aligns with local market dynamics and broker needs. Engage directly with brokers and frontline sales teams to deliver, support, and adapt go-to-market initiatives. Act as the conduit between national GTM strategy and local execution, sharing real-time feedback and identifying regional opportunities or challenges. Partner with State Sales Leaders to support seamless handover from GTM sprint completion to business-as-usual sales management. Ensure consistent messaging, tools, and change management across local stakeholders. Track and report on key sprint KPIs and adoption outcomes at the regional level. This is a field-based role with significant travel expected. The successful candidate should anticipate traveling up to 50% of the time , including broker visits, in-person meetings, and on-site support during key rollout periods. Flexibility is essential, with a mix of remote, in-office, and on-the-road work required.
