About the company Forum is partnering with a well-established property firm who have A grade standard commercial buildings across the CBD and inner suburbs. About the role As a Corporate Concierge, you will be the face of the building-welcoming tenants and guests to the building and responding to requests, concerns, or operational issues that may arise throughout the day. This is a full?time position, with working hours from 11:00am to 7:00pm. Key responsibilities include: Welcoming company members on arrival and assisting in the coordination of guests. Attending to incoming phone calls and general company enquiries. Assisting staff with accessing community/building services and resolving general customer enquiries. Helping to troubleshoot and resolve tenant-related issues. Conducting regular checks of building services and providing feedback to the team. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Prior experience in Reception, Concierge, Security or other customer-facing support role. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. A proactive and solutions?focused nature. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently. A collaborative mindset and willingness to support a small team. What's in it for you?
