About the Role This is a hands-on, strategic HR role where you will partner closely with leaders to build capability, drive engagement and culture, manage talent, and deliver meaningful people outcomes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Working alongside the Industrial Relations Business Partner and HR support teams, you will provide practical coaching and advice to leaders, manage complex employee relations matters, lead workforce planning and recruitment initiatives, and use data-driven insights to influence decision making. Key Responsibilities Partner with Regional Operations Managers and leadership teams to build leadership capability and support high-performing teams. Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment legislation, awards and due process. Lead performance management, organisational change and conflict resolution activities. Drive regional workforce planning and recruitment, including senior operational roles. Design and maintain succession planning and talent pipelines. Deliver manager training and coaching on people policies, awards and performance management. Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives, including survey action planning. Analyse HR metrics and prepare regional reports (RMBR, MBR, MyEMS) with actionable insights. About You You are a proactive HR professional who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent relationship-building skills. You are comfortable influencing leaders, managing complexity and working at pace. You will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline. Experience in a similar generalist or HR Business Partner role, ideally within tourism, hospitality or retail. Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation, awards and industrial relations. Proven experience coaching leaders and supporting high-performing teams. Strong employee relations and case management experience. Ability to analyse HR data and translate insights into practical action. Experience with performance management, succession planning and organisational development. Resilience, energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.
