The Role My client is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the full day-to-day operation of the venue, across both Kitchen and Front of House. This role is ideal for someone coming from a Head Chef or Catering Manager background within a high-volume kitchen, café, or restaurant setting. You will be responsible for menu development, food costings, budgets and KPIs, while remaining hands-on in preparing and delivering fresh, high-quality food. Strong leadership is essential, as you will be driving team performance, consistency, and customer satisfaction to maintain excellent reviews and standards.
