About the Role Reporting to senior management, you will work collaboratively to oversee the kitchen operations, leading and developing a large brigade across service periods. You will be responsible for food quality, consistency, cost control, compliance, and team performance, while working closely with leadership to deliver on operational and financial KPIs.
