The role This is a senior communications and campaign leadership role within a large, multi-year ERP, HR/Payroll, data and integrations transformation program , with SAP S/4HANA at its core, supporting enterprise-wide change, adoption and measurable outcomes. Contract Duration: 12 Months Day Rate: $1200-1400 including super Location: Sydney - hybrid, 2-3 days in office You will own end-to-end program communications and marketing campaigns , translating complex technology and people change into clear, compelling narratives that land with diverse audiences. Partnering closely with senior leaders, program sponsors and delivery teams, you’ll play a critical role in how major transformation is understood, adopted and sustained. What you’ll be doing Lead program-wide communications strategy and execution aligned to ERP and HR/Payroll transformation milestones Design and deliver integrated engagement and adoption campaigns across digital, intranet and executive channels Develop high-impact content including leadership announcements, presentations, newsletters, talking points and campaign assets Translate complex ERP, HR and data initiatives into clear, actionable and engaging communications Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders on change, engagement and adoption approaches Use insights, analytics and feedback to measure effectiveness and continuously optimise communication activity What you’ll bring Proven experience leading communications within large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programs Strong background in campaign management across communications, marketing, or change initiatives. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging senior leaders Ability to manage competing priorities across complex, fast-moving programs Experience delivering multi-channel communications that drive engagement and behaviour change Highly regarded Experience supporting HR, payroll, data, integration, or people-system transformations Familiarity with platforms such as SAP, SharePoint, Viva Engage, Adobe Express or similar Strong analytical mindset with experience using engagement metrics to inform decisions Why apply?
