In this role, you will support initiatives that strengthen our culture and keep our people connected, informed, and engaged. From maintaining our organisational change calendar to coordinating communications and building strong stakeholder relationships, you will play an essential part in ensuring our teams have the clarity and support they need to deliver life-changing services to the community. Your key responsibilities will be to: Maintain the organisational change calendar by updating milestones, activities, and initiatives. Liaise with stakeholders to gather information and keep change and Business as Usual details current. Provide administrative and operational support to the Change Management Office and internal communications teams. Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and communications with stakeholders, leaders, and staff. Manage and organise digital files, SharePoint items, and other change management resources. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support team deliverables. Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and two-way communication to gather content, feedback, and monitor engagement levels . Requirements for success Experience in coordination, administration, or support roles within a corporate or not-for-profit environment. Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and facilitate effective engagement. High-level written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional interactions. Familiarity with digital platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, and content creation tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements. Willingness and ability to travel ad-hoc for service visits as part of the role. Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
