We are looking for a National Strategic Manager to serve as Eaton's key representative within Tier 1/National IT accounts and key end-user accounts. We are looking for an experienced candidate to grow Eaton's market share within Tier 1/National resellers and drive incremental pull-through from end users to accelerate IT channel sales. This is a great opportunity to build strong strategic relationships and manage IT Channel Sales for PQ and play a pivotal role in strengthening Eaton's presence in the market. Key Duties: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key end-user stakeholders across enterprise, government, and commercial sectors. Develop and execute account plans to grow Eaton's share in Tier 1 National accounts Identify upcoming projects and ensure Eaton solutions are specified early in the procurement cycle. Collaborate with IT resellers and distributors to channel end-user opportunities effectively. Drive whitespace growth for PDU sales by identifying untapped opportunities and positioning Eaton as the preferred power solution provider. Coordinate with state-based IT BDMs to align efforts and maximize coverage. Represent Eaton at industry tradeshows and events relevant to end-user segments. Deliver compelling product and software presentations tailored to customer needs. Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline using Salesforce CRM. Own and deliver against defined revenue and growth targets. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure consistent delivery. Qualifications: Deep understanding of IT channel ecosystem, including Tier 1 resellers, distributors and end-user engagement. Minimum 7 years of experience in a key account management, sales or business development role focusing on IT channel sales preferably in the power management industry. Strong commercial acumen, particularly with IT channel sales for electrical products. Growth mindset mentality, driven, and highly autonomous.
