Duties: Lead and mentor a small team of staff. Ensure the gym is clean, safe, and welcoming. Plan and execute marketing campaigns for member acquisition. Identify growth opportunities for club services. Create a positive team environment. Ensure compliance with industry regulations. Achieve monthly KPIs in sales and member satisfaction. Participate in community outreach initiatives. Skills and Experience: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Background in sales or business development preferred. Genuine passion for fitness and helping others. Proficient in social media marketing and content creation. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work. Current First Aid & CPR certification required. Willingness to undergo background checks (Working With Children Check). Valid driver's license necessary for club operations.
