Description Australian Country Choice (ACC) is one of Australia’s largest family-owned, vertically integrated beef supply chain companies. We are seeking a Business Analyst – Sales to support our Sales, Commercial, and Customer teams. This strategically important role provides critical insight into sales performance, pricing, margins, customer profitability, and revenue optimisation, enabling data-driven decision-making and long-term value creation. About the Role Reporting to the Group Manager – Sustainability and Analytics, you will partner closely with Sales leaders, Commercial Managers, and Finance to deliver timely, accurate analysis and reporting. You will develop a deep understanding of ACC’s sales channels, customers, and products, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive profitable growth. Key Responsibilities Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales, revenue, margin, pricing, and customer performance across domestic and export markets Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools Provide data-driven insights to identify revenue growth, margin improvement, pricing optimisation, and customer mix opportunities Support sales forecasting, demand planning, and performance tracking against budget and targets Attend sales and commercial review meetings, presenting insights to Sales Managers, Commercial Managers, and General Managers Prepare monthly and quarterly sales performance reports and presentations for senior leadership Partner with Finance to analyse revenue, margin, and profitability reporting, and support budgeting and forecasting processes Work closely with Sales and Customer teams to understand commercial drivers, customer behaviours, and market dynamics Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team culture aligned with ACC values Systems, Technology & Improvement Maximise the use of CRM, ERP, and existing analytical platforms to enhance sales visibility and insights Identify opportunities for automation, system integration, and reporting efficiency improvements Support the implementation and optimisation of sales, pricing, and reporting systems as required Health, Safety, Quality & Compliance Lead by example in promoting a strong safety, wellbeing, and environmental culture Comply with all WHS, legislative, policy, and accreditation requirements Maintain accurate records to support audits and compliance obligations About You Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or similar (essential) Post-graduate qualifications (CA / CPA / CFA) desirable Experience in sales analytics, commercial finance, business analytics, or advisory roles (desirable) Exposure to FMCG, agribusiness, manufacturing, or complex supply chain environments highly regarded Skills & Attributes Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into sales and margin outcomes Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and large data sets High level of Microsoft Office and systems literacy (CRM/ERP exposure desirable) Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence sales and commercial stakeholders Energetic, proactive, and solutions-focused with a continuous improvement mindset Strong planning, prioritisation, and time management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix-style environment What we offer: A strategically important sales analytics role during a period of business transformation Career development and exposure to senior sales and commercial leaders Job stability with a respected Australian industry leader A supportive, inclusive, and safety-focused workplace culture If you’re passionate about using data to drive sales performance and commercial outcomes and want to make a tangible impact within a leading Australian agribusiness, we’d love to hear from you.
