About the role Reporting to the Project Lead, this role is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of electrical engineering aspects of brownfield projects and supporting the broader line of business. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain strong client relationships across all levels. Prepare and manage project budgets to ensure financial success. Interpret contract documents and manage subcontractor agreements. Ensure compliance with electrical standards, codes, and UGL HSSE policies. Manage electrical subcontractors and oversee installation and commissioning activities. Identify and implement improvements in electrical project delivery processes. About you Relevant Electrical Engineering tertiary qualifications. Extensive experience in electrical project delivery within Oil & Gas, Power Generation, or related sectors. Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, installation, and commissioning. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
