Job Description We are seeking a Principal Process Engineer to join our growing Integrated Water Planning team in Brisbane. In this role, you will provide technical expertise and leadership in the delivery of projects designing, planning, and managing water and wastewater treatment plants to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery for clients across nationally and internationally. Your work will include master planning, options assessments, feasibility studies, and business case preparation, while supporting the growth of the team through active business development. You will be responsible for Lead and provide technical direction on complex water, wastewater and recycled water projects from strategic planning through to functional design. Supervise and coordinate project teams to meet objectives and client expectations. Prepare proposals for opportunities, building on our and your existing relationships. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on water infrastructure projects. Facilitate client and stakeholder workshops. Provide technical mentorship to junior staff.
