What's on offer? We are seeking a commercially astute Pricing Manager to play a critical role in optimising pricing, margin delivery, and logistics cost outcomes across our domestic Fertiliser operations. This role leads tactical pricing decision-making and governance, ensuring competitiveness, customer responsiveness and disciplined margin management, while supporting the execution of our broader commercial and marketing strategies. In this role, you will: Lead domestic market pricing as the business subject matter expert, balancing competitiveness, and margin outcomes Approve and govern tactical pricing decisions in line with commercial frameworks and pricing controls Optimise port-by-port pricing, inventory positions, and customer allocations to minimise unplanned logistics costs Analyse competitor pricing, contracts, quotations, and win/loss data to inform pricing strategy and execution Support commercial and marketing strategy execution through management of pricing limits, volumes and contracts Provide timely market insights and performance feedback to drive continuous improvement in execution and profitability. The key skills required for this role include: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce, Business or Agricultural Science (or equivalent experience) Significant experience (circa 10 years) in pricing, commercial, sales, marketing, or product management roles Proven experience in commodity markets and complex, data-intensive environments Strong commercial judgement, with a sound understanding of competition law, contracts, and pricing governance Advanced analytical capability, including financial modelling and complex problem-solving Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis; experience with SAP, Business Warehouse and Dynamics 365 highly regarded Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively across a complex, matrixed organisation Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence to support and challenge commercial decision-making.
