We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst who brings a consultative mindset, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. You will be comfortable facilitating workshops, contributing to solution design, and supporting delivery teams to achieve successful customer outcomes. What you’ll do Lead stakeholder engagement to develop a deep understanding of customer needs Analyse and deliver business process initiatives (end-to-end for medium initiatives or components of larger initiatives) Act as a subject matter expert across ServiceNow and related product capabilities Explain system functionality, module capabilities, configuration options, and customisation limits Identify best-fit solutions aligned to product capabilities and customer needs Collaborate closely with engineering teams for technical validation Act as an intermediary between customers and engineering teams to optimise delivery efficiency What we’d love to see? Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering complex IT or digital solutions Strong experience working with ServiceNow, including requirements gathering, process design, and end-to-end solution delivery Demonstrated, hands-on experience across the following ServiceNow modules: GRS (Governance, Risk & Compliance / GRC) HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) LSD (Legal Service Delivery) ITOM (IT Operations Management) Asset Management Proven ability to engage, influence, and manage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and solution walkthroughs Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills A plus, if you have… ServiceNow certifications Experience working in managed services or enterprise environments Exposure to government or large-scale enterprise customers Even if you don’t check every box, your passion and curiosity matter.
