We are seeking a Network and Security Operations Specialist to manage and maintain critical network and security infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance across multiple platforms. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement network best practices and address operational challenges. What You’ll Do Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network systems, primarily focusing on Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco (Switching & Routing). Resolve complex networking issues with strong troubleshooting skills. Leverage ServiceNow for incident management, adhering to ITIL best practices. Work with teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve network and security issues. What we'd love to see? 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer within an MSP or large enterprise environment Hands-on experience with Cisco Switches and Routers and comfortable configuring and managing them via Cisco CLI Hands-on experience with Palo Alto or Fortinet Firewalls Hands on experience with F5 Load Balancers A plus if you have Exposure to Cisco Meraki Exposure to Cisco SD-WAN Familiarity with EVPN Exposure to Logic Monitor or similar Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL Processes Certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, PCNSE, ITIL, or equivalent Even if you don’t check every box, your passion and curiosity matter.
