The Opportunity We’re building a high-quality UK dental clinic database inside JobAdder, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented intern to help us clean, structure, and enrich the contact data we’ve already imported. This is an unpaid work experience placement designed for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how a specialist recruitment business operates, particularly the behind-the-scenes systems work that makes great recruitment possible. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll work inside JobAdder (our CRM/ATS) with existing clinic records. Your role is to improve accuracy, structure and usability of data so our team can serve clinics and candidates more effectively. Key tasks include: Reviewing existing dental clinic contact records already in JobAdder Updating and standardising main contact details (phone, email, website, address, key decision-makers) “Skilling” clinics by tagging the dental services provided, for example: General dentistry Hygiene / therapy Orthodontics Implants Cosmetic dentistry Oral surgery Endodontics Paediatric dentistry Special interests (where listed) Cleaning duplicates and improving consistency (naming, formatting, missing fields) Keeping notes clear and structured so the database remains reliable What You’ll Learn This placement is ideal if you want real operational experience in a growing specialist recruitment business.
