This brand-new role as Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and delivering a marketing strategy to drive brand value, support business growth, and enhance client outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Produce and refine investment and adviser-facing content; Design and execute multi-channel campaigns targeting advisers, platforms and investors; Deliver adviser and investor events, including content, logistics, follow-ups and reporting AND Regularly report on campaign ROI, adjusting plans as needed to meet commercial objectives. Key Requirements: 8 years’ experience in marketing, ideally in funds management, financial services, fintech or another regulated environment; Comfortable being hands on writing, editing and delivering marketing campaigns; Ideally previously been the lead or sole marketer in a small or mid-sized organisation; Comfortable with reporting, dashboards, and using insights to inform decisions; Highly organised with strong project management skills AND Proven track record of driving results.
