They're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist with an agency background to join their in-house team and take ownership of paid media and email marketing. What you'll be doing Managing and optimising Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end Owning email marketing, including campaigns, automations, and mailing list management (Klaviyo experience highly regarded) Partnering with an external SEO agency to support organic growth Analysing performance and continuously improving ROI across channels Taking a hands-on approach and helping shape how digital marketing is delivered in-house What we're looking for Mid-level digital marketer with agency experience Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms Comfortable managing mailing lists and customer data Results-driven and happy to roll up your sleeves Why this role?
