As our highly valued Support Analyst, Technology Vendor Management based in Brisbane your role will be will to provide critical financial, vendor management and procurement support across Great Southern Bank’s Technology Engineering & Operations, other CIO teams and other business units. Some tasks include: You’ll make an impact by: Raising and coordinating the purchase order process, supplier establishment and invoice processing with internal stakeholders Co-ordinate any procurement and software licensing investigations and disputes Ensure purchase order requisitions are authorised as per the Great Southern Bank delegation’s policy and approved procurement guidelines. Review and actively ensure software licensing requirements are met across the complete software licensing life cycle through auditing and licensing reviews. Support the management of our mobile devices and other telephony services through the full lifecycle from initial purchase to services being decommissioned You will support the Manager in reviewing and auditing current technology spend to identify cost savings opportunities and meeting approved and ad-hoc reporting requirements across CIO and the broader group. Do things differently with us To succeed in this role, you will have: 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Good understanding of industry financial procurement standards and processes Good knowledge of telecommunications and end user technologies / products Well-developed operational and project co-ordination skills Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills in Excel, Powerpoint and Teams Knowledge of contemporary financial management, vendor management and technology procurement practices Working knowledge of risk management including regulatory requirements Knowledge of Technology One Purchasing would be advantageous Why Great Southern Bank?
