The ideal candidate will play a role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, liaising with staff across multiple locations, and overseeing desktop and mobile device support. This is a full-time role based at our Springwood office, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities : Google Workspace Enterprise Support: Assist staff with related queries with email & other functionality. Hardware & Software Maintenance: Support and maintain desktop hardware, operating systems, and applications. Hardware & network security: identify and report any security related issues, maintain security software on company devices. Collaboration with Suppliers: Work closely with external suppliers and contractors for technical support. Staff Support: Build strong relationships with internal staff to understand and address their IT needs. Key Requirements : Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical staff. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support a variety of IT systems and functions. Travel between group sites in Queensland, New South Wales & Victoria when required. Some out of hours work may be required from time to time. Additional Skills (Desirable or willing to learn) : Datacentre access procedures. Experience in virtualization (VMware or similar platforms). Microsoft terminal services/RDS administration. Ubiquiti Unifi network experience. Knowledge of IT security best practices. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
