We are seeking a Finance Officer to join our Finance team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate invoicing, credit control, debtor management, and bank reconciliation, while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. We are specifically seeking candidates with experience in recurring revenue or subscription‑based billing, as this is central to our operating model. What You’ll Do Process daily bank statements, allocate receipts/payments, and complete reconciliations Raise and issue a high volume of invoices efficiently and accurately Proactively follow up invoices to ensure timely payment Maintain accounts receivable records and reports Review contract documentation for accuracy on final accounts Liaise with Sales and Operations teams to ensure customer records are accurate Support ageing receivables reporting and strategies to reduce the cycle Handle customer queries promptly and professionally Assist with journals, ad‑hoc reporting, and projects as required What You’ll Bring Experience in a similar finance role Experience working with recurring revenue, subscription billing, or contract‑based invoicing Exposure to SaaS or multi‑product environments highly desirable Strong financial skills with analytical and problem‑solving ability Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce preferred High attention to detail, time management, and planning ability Proficiency in process evaluation, improvement, and report writing Why Tes Our intuitive technology streamlines complex tasks, enhances learning experiences, and alleviates the administrative burdens that often overwhelm schools.
