Junior Project Manager – Digital & Technology Latitude is partnering with a major enterprise client investing heavily in digital and technology transformation. We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support delivery across key business and IT initiatives. This role is ideal for someone early in their project career who wants exposure to enterprise-scale programs, strong governance, and senior stakeholder engagement, not just task coordination. About the role Working as part of the broader Digital and Technology delivery function, you will support and manage initiatives from early concept through to delivery and transition into BAU. You will work closely with business leaders, the Architecture team, the PMO, delivery teams, and external vendors. Key responsibilities: Supporting ideation and discovery workshops with business and technology teams Coordinating requirements gathering with Business Analysts Facilitating solution design sessions with architects, SMEs and vendors Supporting business case development, including timelines, budgets and resourcing Defining scope, deliverables and schedules Managing RAID registers and work back schedules Running stand-ups, working groups and status meetings Preparing reports for steering committees and senior stakeholders Supporting the transition of projects into BAU operations About you You are proactive, organised and comfortable operating in complex environments with competing priorities.
