Site Manager – Multi-Residential Construction Aged Care Projects Our client is a well-established construction firm based in Victoria, with more than 30 years’ experience delivering quality projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, education, government, health and aged care facilities. We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead and coordinate aged-care residential developments. This is an exciting opportunity to drive high-quality delivery of purpose-built residential facilities in a collaborative, safety-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure timely project completion. Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules, specifications, and quality standards. Conduct quality control inspections to maintain exceptional construction outcomes. Interpret and implement site drawings and plans with precision. Liaise with key stakeholders. Enforce Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance on-site. Troubleshoot and resolve site issues efficiently to prevent delays. Key Requirements Trade qualification in carpentry or a relevant degree. Proven experience as a Site Manager in multi-residential construction. Experience managing sites over $40 million Strong understanding of building structures Ability to manage and coordinate multiple trades on-site. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. A commitment to maintaining workplace health and safety standards.
