What you'll do Develop, implement and maintain the Service Portfolio strategy and implementation plan in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring digital services meet the needs of Queensland Health and the community. Lead service portfolio planning, prioritisation, funding, and approval processes in collaboration with the Digital Asset Strategy and Portfolio team. Identify and manage risks within the service portfolio, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and standards. Develop, implement, and maintain service governance policies, procedures, and lifecycle management standards. Provide regular reporting and insights on service portfolio performance, risks, and value realisation to executive and governance bodies. Monitor the IT Service Portfolio and develop metrics to track consumption, quality, availability, sustainability, and benefits realisation. Provide recommendations and ensure effective planning, design, transition, and operation of services to optimise performance, reliability, and alignment with business Maintain accurate, up-to-date information on the Service Portfolio, including services, pipeline demand, and performance. Support performance assurance of critical services, including mapping and management of underpinning services. About you We are searching for someone who has: Demonstrated broad knowledge in current and emerging technologies, applications and 'productization' of services and their life-cycle management/ Proven ability to drive the design and development of services and/or products within a large, diverse, and complex organisation by applying good practice- including, COBIT, ITIl. Ability to provide specialist advice relating to service portfolio planning, status, performance, prioritisation, funding, and approval to inform investment decision making. Proven ability to provide strategic direction that enables the delivery of sustainable, value for money, fit for purpose services and technologies that meet the business requirements of customers. Demonstrated analytical and interpersonal skills commensurate with managing a complex and fast evolving service delivery organisation, including the ability to communicate with clarity and influence across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
