About the Role We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Store Person / Delivery Driver to join our Heatherbrae and Dungog team on a full‑time permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and variety. You won’t just be behind the wheel - you’ll be involved in deliveries, warehouse work, stock handling, yard duties and serving customers in‑store. You’ll deal directly with local farmers and businesses and be a trusted face of our stores. What You’ll Be Doing Delivering rural products safely and on time to farms and local businesses. Driving country routes and loading/unloading stock. Picking, packing and moving stock in the warehouse and yard. Helping out on the counter with customer service and sales. Making sure orders are right and customers are looked after. Pitching in wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly. What You’ll Need A current MR (or higher) driver’s licence. Forklift licence or willingness to get one. Experience in a delivery, warehouse or rural retail role. A strong safety focus and good driving record. A “get in and get it done” attitude and willingness to help out. Good physical fitness for hands‑on work. Basic computer skills for sales and stock systems. Good communication and time‑management skills.
