What success looks like This role offers a great opportunity for a dynamic and results-orientated professional who has: Proven experience working within an internal recruitment environment and leading end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. Experience working with Human Resource Information Systems and a high level of accuracy and competency across e-Recruitment Systems, Microsoft Office and the ability to operate new systems as required. High level knowledge and ability to effectively communicate legislation, policies and procedures relating to recruitment and selection in a large complex organisation. Ability to build productive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for the team and clients. Highly developed consultative, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills including ability to facilitate training and presentations. Developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage information and provide advice on procedures, policies and solutions in relation to recruitment and workforce management services.
