ABOUT THE ROLE As the NSW Relationship Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing member engagement plans across the region. Reporting to the Regional Manager or NSW Account Management Lead, you’ll work closely with our Regional, Metropolitan, and Young Member Communities to deliver networking and professional development activities, manage strategic relationships, and ensure our members are supported and connected. Key responsibilities: Develop and deliver locally tailored engagement activities and events for our member communities Act as a liaison between members and CA ANZ, ensuring member needs and feedback are represented Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive positive member outcomes Promote CA ANZ products and services, including the CA Program and professional development offerings Use a variety of communication channels, including social media, to connect with members Handle sensitive and confidential member referrals with professionalism and care ABOUT YOU 2–3 years’ experience in stakeholder or relationship management, ideally in a professional services or member-based environment Proven ability to develop and coordinate events and engagement activities Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in public speaking and presentations Skilled in building trust and managing relationships across diverse groups Self-starter with strong time management, problem-solving, and technology skills (Microsoft Office, Teams, Salesforce) Commercial awareness and a member-focused mindset Business degree or professional qualification (desired) ABOUT USChartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) represents more than 140,000 financial professionals, supporting them to make a meaningful difference in the communities where they work and live.
