Working closely with the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the team, maintaining park standards, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Support the Park Manager with day-to-day park operations Lead, coach, and support team members Assist with rostering, staff supervision, and performance support Ensure park presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally Step into the Park Manager role when required About You Experience in hospitality, tourism, or park/resort operations Strong leadership and communication skills Hands-on, adaptable, and solutions-focused High standards for customer service and park presentation Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods Important Information No accommodation is provided with this role Why Join Us?
