We are seeking to fill both permanent and Part time positions available, with rotational shifts across weekends and weekdays/nights. Key Responsibilities: Patrol designated areas to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and equipment. Deliver professional and courteous customer service at all times. Adhere to all security protocols, procedures, and compliance requirements. Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and calls for assistance, providing necessary support. Assess and manage risk situations effectively. Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports, submitting them to the Site Manager. Perform daytime traffic control and assist in managing pedestrian and vehicle movement. Coordinate with Site Managers and Supervisors for material and equipment deliveries. Provide regular reports as requested by the client. Demonstrate understanding of legal responsibilities, conflict resolution, emergency procedures, and first aid. Exhibit strong communication and reporting skills, with experience in: Guarding property or people Crowd or venue control Patrol duties Safety compliance on construction sites To be successful in this role, you will need: A valid Security Licence Basic First Aid and CPR certification Must have valid driver’s license Must have valid white card, or be willing to obtain one Experienced in crowd or venue control Previous experience in a construction/civil project (highly regarded) Availability for day/night and weekday/weekend shifts A good level of physical fitness (patrols are part of the role) Reliable transportation (preferred). The ability to follow instructions and work independently Strong attention to detail A proven track record of reliability and punctuality You must have valid work rights in Australia.
