About you: In your new role you will Deliver high level clinical consultation and direct clinical care for PMHS clients who have, or are suspected of having, a mental illness, including triage, assessment, diagnosis, input into treatment and discharge planning and promoting application of evidence-based care. Work cooperatively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team, assisting with team alignment and promoting a positive work culture. Lead the development and review of clinical practices, resources, policies, and procedures that support and continually improve the continuum of care, particularly with regards to provision of therapeutic interventions.
