About your role: Champion employment activities to improve the patient journey for First People accessing health services within the Cairns and Hinterland communities. Provide high-level advice that contributes to system reform initiatives to support service development and transformation, and quality decision making to enrich institutional cultural responsiveness. Collaborate with state-wide and national funding providers to influence the desgin, development, and implementation of Closing the Gap program initiatives that target First Peoples within the Cairns and Hinterland community.
