About you: In your new role you will Supports the professional development of nursing staff, including Clinical Facilitators, less experienced nursing staff, post-graduate, and undergraduate nursing students and AINs, within CHHHS. Promotes a learning environment through clinical support, instruction, and feedback including mentoring of less experienced nursing staff working within the Surgical Services and at CHHHS.
