We're looking for a proactive SHEQ Administrator to join our high-performing team supporting the NWTD project in Northwest Tasmania. About the Role Reporting to the SHEQ Manager Tasmania (Major Projects), this role provides essential administrative support to SHEQ operations—managing document control, assisting audits, and maintaining key safety, quality, and environmental records. Key Responsibilities: Administer SHEQ content and systems including Myosh, SharePoint, and ChemAlert Maintain registers, licences, and SHEQ databases in line with compliance standards Act as document controller for SHEQ management systems Prepare internal/external SHEQ communications and meeting documentation Support audits, incident tracking, and reporting on corrective actions Help coordinate SHEQ meetings, performance reports, and compliance activities What You'll Bring: Experience in SHEQ, safety, or compliance administration Strong knowledge of document control and SHEQ systems (e.g., Myosh) Proficient with Microsoft Office and online platform use High attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills Effective communicator with stakeholder management abilities National Police Clearance and White Card required Desirable: Qualifications in WHS/OHS and/or Internal Auditing Experience in infrastructure, utilities, or construction industries Familiarity with ChemAlert and integrated SHEQ systems Why Join Genus?
