Purpose of the Role BGIS is seeking an experienced PMIS Data Quality Administrator to support a newly awarded Victorian government facilities management contract. This role plays a key part in ensuring data integrity, audit readiness and reporting confidence across a large, complex property portfolio. Reporting to the contract support and reporting leadership, you will work closely with Facilities Management teams, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate, consistent and reliable data across multiple systems. Your work will directly support compliance, performance measurement and informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities - Review, validate and maintain PMIS data including asset registers, work orders, compliance records and service outcomes - Conduct regular data audits, integrity checks and exception reporting - Correct data discrepancies and support consistent, accurate record-keeping - Maintain data standards, naming conventions, metadata and governance documentation - Support onboarding and guidance for FM teams and subcontractors on data quality expectations - Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to support data validation, alerts and approvals - Assist with Microsoft Fabric dataflows to ensure consistent and reliable data structures - Prepare clean datasets to support dashboards, reporting and performance insights Education, Experience & Skills Essential: - Experience in data administration, PMIS, CMMS or data quality-focused roles - Understanding of asset registers, maintenance data and facilities management processes - Experience using Power Automate for workflow or data quality automation - Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI - Strong attention to detail and structured documentation skills - Clear, collaborative communication style Desirable: - Experience with BGIS Connect, MRI Manhattan or SPM Assets - Experience supporting government or large-scale facilities portfolios - Interest in continuous improvement and system optimisation Workplace Flexibility This role is based in the Melbourne CBD , close to public transport, with a hybrid working model (3 days office / 2 days WFH).
