About the role: Join a high-performing Corporate and work directly with Partners and Senior Lawyers recognised by Chambers Asia-Pacific and Legal 500 . Gain hands-on experience, advising major Australian and international clients across a diverse range of matters including: Major transactions, projects and significant disputes. Public and private M&A, joint ventures and corporate restructures. Equity capital markets transactions. Corporate governance, advisory and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate: 2–4 years’ PQE , with exposure to range of complex transactions, coming out of a reputable firm. Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills. A team player with a high attention to detail.
