Description The Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our high-performing team. Whether you’re an experienced interpreter or have strong mechanical knowledge and are keen to learn, this role offers genuine development and long-term opportunity. What You’ll Do As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting day-to-day parts operations, including: Identifying vehicle makes, models, and part variations using systems and catalogues Processing sales, preparing invoices, and managing stock movements Coordinating incoming and outgoing parts orders accurately and efficiently Assisting with stocktakes and managing returns in line with company procedures Keeping customers and internal stakeholders informed on availability and delivery timelines Contributing to a safe, collaborative, customer-first team culture Skills And Experiences About You You’re proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll bring: Experience in a parts interpreter role (preferred but not essential) Knowledge of truck or trailer parts (highly regarded) Strong communication skills and computer literacy A positive attitude and willingness to learn A strong commitment to safety and teamwork Mechanical aptitude (advantageous, not required) Ready to Apply?
