They are now seeking a Loadout Coordinator to manage and oversee the dispatch and loadout process, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries. The Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of product loadout and dispatch. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Managing and scheduling daily loadout and dispatch activities Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with HACCP and CCP requirements Liaising with transport providers and internal teams to meet delivery deadlines Overseeing stock control and verifying product specifications before dispatch Maintaining clear records and reporting on loadout performance Always upholding strict safety and hygiene protocols The Best Bits Competitive salary package negotiable for the right candidate Work with a supportive, family oriented team Enjoy a role with autonomy and responsibility in a growing business About You To succeed in this role, you will: Have strong organisational and time management skills Be proactive and able to prioritise tasks under pressure Possess excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external transport providers Demonstrate a commitment to safety, quality and compliance Be physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks Have experience in logistics, dispatch, or loadout coordination (meat or food industry experience highly regarded) Be reliable, punctual and known for your strong work ethic Preferably hold a current HR licence The Essentials Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role Knowledge of HACCP and CCP documentation preferred Forklift licence highly desirable Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Flexibility to work occasional overtime To Apply All applications must be lodged online by clicking on the ‘apply now’ button.
