You’ll receive: Online training in Positive Approaches to Behaviour Support (PABS) via the TBS Learning Portal Weekly 1:1 clinical supervision initially, gradually reducing as confidence grows Group training sessions led by Senior BSPs, Clinical Supervisors, and the Lead Practitioner Access to monthly Behaviour Support & Psychology Communities of Practice Regular check-ins with the Lead Practitioner, Positive Behaviour Support Informal coaching, mentoring, and peer support Guided self-directed learning aligned to the PBS Capability Framework Why Join Avina as a Graduate BSP?
