About your new opportunity: A well-established, safety-first provider of technical services and engineered solutions at height is seeking an experienced Branch Manager (NSW) to lead its NSW operations across height safety installations. Reporting to the CEO, this is a hands-on leadership role with end-to-end accountability for sales performance, margin delivery, project execution, safety compliance, and team leadership. What you’ll be doing: Build on relationships with existing blue-chip Australian and multinational clients and grow the division by assisting the BDM bring in new business. Full P&L and strategic ownership Own and deliver the annual NSW sales and margin budget aligned to key KPIs Lead NSW sales and operations to maximise project profitability, quality, and customer outcomes Ensure teams are resourced to deliver works safely, on time, and within budget Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to streamline delivery, manage variations, and reduce cost overruns Lead, coach and develop direct and indirect reports and support ongoing technician training What you’ll bring Proven leadership experience in a project-based environment (construction, access, industrial services, or safety industry) Strong knowledge of the height safety market including standards, codes of practice, products and installation requirements Solid WHS capability including risk assessment and oversight of SWMS and safe systems of work Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to run multiple jobs concurrently Relevant tertiary qualification What’s on offer Senior leadership role with real commercial and operational impact across NSW.
