About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the manufacturing operations for a well-established Australian company based in Cairns. You’ll oversee all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality across the fabrication of canopies and ute trays that are proudly exported globally. This hands-on leadership position will see you driving continuous improvement, mentoring a skilled team, and implementing Lean Manufacturing practices to enhance output and workflow.
