About the role You will help ensure the smooth coordination of patient services by providing high-level administrative, clerical, and systems support across a multidisciplinary team. You'll assist clinicians, maintain accurate health information, and contribute to a safe, culturally responsive, and patient‑centred environment. Coordinate referrals, manage waitlists, and schedule/reschedule Allied Health appointments to support timely patient care. Maintain accurate clinical and administrative records, ensuring secure handling of confidential patient medical files and information systems. Provide friendly, effective customer service to patients, carers, visitors, and staff, both in person and via telephone.
