POSITION DESCRIPTION - SITE MANAGER (x2) Role Title: Site Manager Location: Brisbane / SEQ Reports To: Project Manager / Construction Manager Employment Type: Full-time Role Purpose Manage day-to-day delivery of insurance and remedial building projects across residential, strata and light commercial sites. Oversee trades, quality, safety and client communication to ensure jobs are delivered on time, on budget and to required standards. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple small-to-medium projects concurrently across SEQ. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades and suppliers. Conduct site inspections, assess scope accuracy and flag variations. Schedule works, order materials and maintain project momentum. Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and site safety protocols. Provide clear communication and updates to clients, insurers and internal teams. Capture site photos, documentation and progress reports accurately. Resolve issues on-site quickly and professionally. Drive quality control and ensure rectification works meet standards. Support estimators with site validations when required. Skills & Experience Proven background as a Site Manager or Supervisor in insurance building, remedial, residential or commercial construction. Strong trade coordination and scheduling ability. Understanding of repair methodologies, defect rectification and insurance-style scopes. Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and multiple jobs simultaneously. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Current driver licence and reliable transport. Attributes Organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
