They are seeking to appoint an experienced Panel Shop Manager to work with the owner running this successful operation. The business offers security of tenure, a friendly working atmosphere and an excellent salary level. Applicants for this position must have current or recent experience managing a busy Smash Repair business, or perhaps have solid experience as an Assessor. Reporting directly to the owner, you will have strong people handling, management, organizational and financial skills, along with the drive to succeed and to motivate your staff to achieve their maximum potential. You will be totally reliable, energetic and be seeking a long term position. The role in Monday to Friday, with Saturday work optional but much appreciated.
