They currently have a position available for a Brand Manager to join the existing team, this role will report into the Chief Digital Officer. Job Brief: Our brand is one of our most valuable assets. The Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping how our customers perceive us by ensuring consistent, compelling, and strategically aligned brand messaging across all channels. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimising brand strategies that strengthen market position, elevate customer experience, and support long‑term business growth. Objectives Of The Role: Develop and implement brand strategies and creative direction to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty. Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end brand campaigns from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals. Continuously assess and refine brand initiatives to support both short‑term and long‑term growth, using insights and data to guide improvements. Ensure accuracy and consistency of brand‑related reporting, analytics, and performance metrics. Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to inform brand direction and creative strategy. Oversee content strategy and production across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand tone, guidelines, and audience expectations. Monitor and uphold brand reputation through active management of reviews, public feedback, and customer sentiment. Champion the development and continuous improvement of internal brand tools, guidelines, and communication platforms. Manage company ambassadors & sponsorships to ensure they are effectively leveraged to enhance brand reach, credibility, and customer engagement. Manage internal brand initiatives and communications from concept to completion. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, branding or related field. Full Drivers Licence as some driving may be required as part of the role. Experience in marketing or brand-focused roles. Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing and content strategy. Experience with analytics and insight development. Strong writing, storytelling and communication skills. Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CMS and CRM platforms. Familiarity with HTML, design tools and email marketing platforms. Experience with forecasting, budgeting and performance tools. Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics.
