The position requirements include but are not limited to: Leading a small team within a chilled & ambient warehouse Hands-on operations, from handling to storing finished goods Inventory management including cycle counts and system accuracy Ensuring all safety & quality compliance standards are strictly followed Driving team engagement, performance & continuous improvement To be considered for this role you should possess the following: Proven warehouse leadership experience within an FMCG environment (chilled experience advantageous) Proven experience operating Counterbalance and Reach forklifts (Double Deep highly desirable) The ability to coach, support, and develop team members Strong problem-solving skills with continuous improvement mindset Strong communication skills with high attention to detail On Offer Permanent night shift hours: 10:00pm - 6:30am (Sunday-Thursday) $122k per year overtime super We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
