Rustica is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Pastry Cook to join their team. The Role As a Pastry Cook you will need to possess the following: Preparing a wide variety of pastry and fillings from scratch. Decorating and glazing pastries using various icing, toppings, creams, etc. Dough mixing Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough and pastry. monitoring and adjusting oven temperatures determine baking times Ensuring wastage is minimized and budget of supplies and materials are adhered. Inspecting quality of products throughout production process. Maintain the cleanliness of the equipment and surrounding, apply with occupational health and safety regulations.
