As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and autonomous professional to join us in a unique dual role combining content creation and bookkeeping. About the Role This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in both creative output and financial accuracy. You’ll play a key role in maintaining Crawcon’s premium online presence while supporting the business through strong bookkeeping practices. Crawcon has established branding elements, including logos and colour palettes, however there is room for creativity in how content is produced and presented within those guidelines. The role will be primarily based in our Coogee office, with flexibility to work from home where suitable. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Marketing Create, manage and schedule content across social media platforms, website and blog Capture and edit high-quality photography and video content of luxury residential projects Confidently appear on camera for site walkthroughs, project updates and branded content Execute content aligned with Crawcon’s existing branding while bringing fresh creative ideas Maintain a consistent, premium aesthetic and tone across all digital platforms Coordinate content creation around project timelines and site activity Bookkeeping Manage invoicing and accounts payable/receivable Complete bank reconciliations Process payroll Prepare BAS and liaise with external accountants as required Maintain accurate financial records using Xero Ensure compliance with bookkeeping and reporting requirements About You You are confident working autonomously and enjoy balancing creative and technical responsibilities. You will ideally have: Formal bookkeeping qualifications Proven bookkeeping experience including payroll, and BAS preparation Strong working knowledge of Xero Demonstrated content creation experience (social media, photography, video) Confidence and professionalism on camera Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A self-motivated, proactive approach Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business Experience in construction, property or luxury brands will be highly regarded but not essential.
