State Manager NSW About the role We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven State Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of concession and standalone retail stores across New South Wales. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing strong Store Managers, and ensuring consistent operational, visual and customer experience standards across all store formats. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring regular store visits, strong stakeholder management and the ability to adapt leadership style across different retail environments. Key responsibilities Lead, coach and develop Store Managers across concession and brick-and-mortar stores Drive sales, KPI and profitability performance across the state Ensure consistent operational, visual and customer experience standards across all store formats Manage relationships with key external stakeholders, including department stores and centre management Analyse state performance and implement action plans to improve results Recruit, develop and retain high-performing retail leaders Conduct performance management, succession planning and capability development Ensure labour, wages and store costs are managed within budget Partner with head office teams including retail operations, VM, HR and merchandising Support new store openings, refits and major trading periods Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and workplace standards About you Proven experience as a State Manager, Regional Manager or Multi-site Manager in fashion or specialty retail Demonstrated experience managing concession and standalone store networks Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and drive performance Confident leader with a coaching and people-first approach Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organised and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment Willingness to travel regularly across NSW What’s on offer Senior leadership role with autonomy and state ownership Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives Opportunity to influence and grow a mixed-format retail network Ongoing leadership development and career progression Supportive and collaborative retail environment If you are open to finding out more about the opportunity, please contact amylennox@jivaro.com.au or 0401 500 391
