As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and autonomous professional to join us in a unique dual role combining content creation and bookkeeping. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable Process invoices, payments, and payroll Reconcile bank and credit card statements Track job costs and expenses by project Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting Ensure compliance with tax filings and reporting requirements Work closely with management and external accountants as needed Qualifications: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in construction or a related industry Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication and confidentiality standards What We Offer Flexible part-time hours (2–3 days per week) Hybrid work options once established Opportunity to grow with a high-end, expanding residential builder Supportive, close-knit team environment
